At Prime Performance Therapy, we take your privacy seriously and want to be completely transparent about how your information is used when you reach out to us.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, book online, or reach out through our website, Facebook or Instagram ads, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and the answers you give us about your training goals.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose only, and that is to follow up on your inquiry and have a real conversation about how we can help you get back to doing what you love. We do not send spam and we do not sell your information. To run the practice we use a small number of trusted tools that process information on our behalf, including Jane for scheduling and records, EverFit for your program, Google and Gmail for email, and Meta for the lead forms and Messenger. Our website also uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which use cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads, and you can limit this through your browser settings or your Facebook and Google ad preferences. We do not pass health details from the website to these advertising tools.

Who sees it

Your information is accessed only by Cameron Brummitt and the Prime Performance Therapy team. It is stored securely and used solely to follow up on your request.

Your rights

At any time you can request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask that it be removed from our records by emailing cbrummitt@primeperformancetherapy.com or calling (276) 252-6001, and we will take care of it promptly. Health information you share as a patient is kept in our secure patient records system and handled under HIPAA.
